We offer a 20-day guarantee on all purchases. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not working as intended, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are only available for items with a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • Requests must be made within 20 days of delivery.

  • To process a claim, please contact us at emmanueljude554@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video evidence of the defect.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or unwanted gifts.

  • Normal wear and tear from use.
